Usage & Dosage
Rinse the mouth twice daily for at least 60 seconds after brushing your teeth. Use approximately 20 ml of mouthwash (one filled cap) for this. Do not swallow the mouthwash. For optimal results, it is recommended not to eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
