Usage
Delicious with sauce, in soup, or as a grain alongside your meal. Add a personal touch to your dish by flavouring the cooking water with a bay leaf, cardamom, coriander, or coconut milk. For a shorter cooking time, you can soak the rice for 20 minutes, or use a pressure cooker.
Cooking Instructions:
Take 250-300 grams of dry rice for 4 people. Bring 2 volumes of water to the boil. Add a pinch of sea salt and 1 volume of thoroughly rinsed rice. Simmer gently for 40 minutes with the lid closed.
