Usage: Unless otherwise indicated by your advisor, therapist, or doctor, the following dosages apply:

• Add 3 drops from this stock bottle to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water.
• Take 4 drops of this mixture under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking them with meals is a helpful reminder.
