A wrong landing or an unfortunate fall can immediately disrupt your daily activities due to a painful bruise or strain. When a joint does not receive the proper support, the swelling can worsen and delay recovery. The Support bandage ideal offers a reliable solution by providing targeted pressure and stability to the affected area, helping you regain your vitality more quickly.
- Supports muscles and joints during injuries, which provides extra firmness during recovery.
- Promotes good blood circulation and effectively counteracts swelling through controlled compression.
- Stays firmly in place without sagging, ideal for use on moving body parts such as knees or ankles.
- Suitable for multiple uses because the bandage is washable, which ensures convenience and value.
How it works
This bandage is manufactured with a special weaving method that ensures strong elasticity in the length, while it remains dimensionally stable in the width. As a result, it fits closely to the contours of the body. It can be used both preventively during sports and curatively when applying a compression bandage. The composition of cotton, polyamide, and polyurethane offers a balance between comfort and necessary compression.

Use & Dosage
A Support Bandage Ideal is part of a support or compression bandage. You apply such a bandage in the event of a bruise, sprain, or even a serious bleed. In the event of a bruise or sprain, there is often swelling, blue discolouration, pain, and an inability to use the body part. Apply a compression bandage here with synthetic cotton wool (or greasy cotton wool) and a Support Bandage Ideal to distribute the pressure and reduce the swelling. Apply a few layers of synthetic or greasy cotton wool to well around the site of the injury. Ensure that the cotton wool is evenly distributed. Start with the Support Bandage Ideal at the edge of the cotton wool; the cotton wool must remain protruding. Wrap the bandage as much as possible in a “tiled” fashion, where the layers partially overlap. Pull the bandage slightly while doing this, but not too tightly. Apply the final layer around, but again, let the cotton wool protrude slightly.
Safety & Disclaimer
Medical device. Read the instructions for use before use. Promotes blood circulation and counteracts swelling. Do not apply the bandage too tightly, as this will restrict circulation. You can recognise a bandage that is applied too tightly by: Discolouration of the protruding parts, worsening of the pain, tingling or numbness in the protruding parts, reduced ability to move the protruding parts.
