Use & Dosage
Heating in the microwave: Set the microwave to defrost mode. Distribute the gel evenly over the compress and heat the compress for 2 minutes. Stay by the microwave! If the compress bulges in the microwave, switch off the microwave immediately! Slide the compress into the included cover or wrap it in a thin cloth. Assess the temperature of the compress. Let the compress cool down first if it is too hot. If the compress is still too cold, heat the compress again in steps of 30 seconds. Place the compress on the painful body part for approx. 20 minutes. Repeat this a few times a day if necessary. Heating in water: Boil 1.5 litres of water. Stop heating and add 0.5 litres of cold water. Mix the cold water well with the hot water. Distribute the gel evenly over the compress and place the compress in the water for 2 minutes. Slide the compress into the included cover or wrap it in a thin cloth. Assess the temperature of the compress. Let the compress cool down first if it is too hot. If the compress is still too cold, place it back in the water for another 1 minute. Place the compress on the painful body part for approx. 20 minutes. Repeat this a few times a day if necessary. Cold application: Place the compress in the freezer compartment for at least 2 hours.
