How it works

TerraSana Maple Syrup Grade C is obtained by tapping the sugary sap of the maple tree in the Canadian spring. This sap is then slowly boiled down into a concentrated, liquid syrup. The difference from Grade A (amber rich taste) is that Grade C (dark robust taste) is harvested later in the season. As a result, the syrup is darker in colour and has a more intense, caramel-like flavour. This carefully executed process ensures that the natural properties and pure flavour are optimally preserved.

Usage & Dosage

You replace wet sugars, such as honey and agave syrup, 1 to 1 with maple syrup. You replace 100 g of white or caster sugar with 65 ml of maple syrup.
