Usage & Dosage

The recommended dosage for pregnant women from the last 6 weeks of pregnancy is 3 grams per day (1.5 measuring scoops). Add the powder to half a glass of lukewarm water, let it stand for at least 15 minutes, stir and drink. Take on an empty stomach, preferably before going to sleep.

The recommended dosage for children from birth to 1 year is 3 grams per day (1.5 measuring scoops). Add to warmed bottle feed, expressed breast milk or a small amount of boiled and cooled water (temperature maximum 37°C), do not let it stand for longer than 5 minutes.

For use by infants younger than six weeks or by infants (e.g. with cow's milk allergy) who are under medical treatment, expert guidance is recommended.
