Ingredients: Liquorice* 35%, cocoa shells* 14%, spearmint* 11%, fennel*, anise*, ginger*, peppermint* 5%, nettle*, cinnamon* 2%, chilli* 1%, cardamom*, cloves*, black pepper* (*certified organic farming).

Usage: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and allow to steep for 7 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour. Add milk or a milk substitute and sweetener to taste.
