Ingredients:
Nettle leaf (urtica dioica/urtica urens), Mate leaf (ilex paraguariensis), Mexican sarsaparilla root (smilax aristolochifolia), Strawberry leaf (fragaria vesca/fragaria spp), Yarrow tops (achillea millefolium), St John's wort (hypericum perforatum), Raspberry leaf (rubus idaeus), African padauk (pterocarpus soyauxii), Chamomile flower (matricaria recutita), Hyssop herb (hyssopus officinalis)

Usage:
Use 2 tablespoons of herbs per half litre of boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes and then strain. You can drink several cups a day. If desired, you can sweeten it, preferably with honey. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage:
To maintain optimum quality, store the Joint Herbs in a dry, dark, and cool place.
