Ingredients
Midland hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata)
Usage
Use 1 to 2 teaspoons (approx. 1.5g) per 200ml of hot water. Allow to steep for 20 minutes, stir briefly, and then strain. You can drink a few cups a day, for example, every morning and evening. You can also make a double batch at once and drink it throughout the day.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool, and dark place, kept sealed.
