How it works
The active substance sodium cromoglicate stabilises the so-called mast cells in the conjunctiva. This prevents the release of histamine, the substance responsible for the well-known allergic symptoms such as swelling and redness. Because this product works preventively, it builds a protective barrier against pollen, house dust mites or animal dander.

Ingredients
Benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate dihydrate and water for injections.
Use & Dosage
The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 drops in each eye four to six times a day. Open the bottle without squeezing, pull down the eyelid and apply the drop to the lower outer corner. Try not to touch the eye with the dropper. Blink several times. Use a maximum of 6 times per 24 hours. Read the leaflet before use.
Safety & Disclaimer
Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. For contact lenses: remove lenses before use and only reinsert after 15 minutes. This product works preventively and does not directly relieve symptoms; continue use as long as there is exposure to allergens. May be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve after 14 days or in case of severe symptoms such as breathlessness, shortness of breath or very swollen eyes with coloured discharge.
