How it works
Nestosyl is a hydrophobic cream with a dual action. The active substance pramocaine hydrochloride works locally to relieve pain and itching, immediately soothing the irritation. In addition, the formula contains zinc oxide, an ingredient known for its cooling and weakly astringent properties. As a result, the skin is not only calmed but also protected against external influences, which is essential for a calm recovery of the skin barrier.

Ingredients
pramocaine hydrochloride, zinc oxide, benzalkonium bromide, 8-hydroxyquinoline, wool fat, white petrolatum, peanut oil (PEANUT oil), SOY lecithin, purified water.
Use & Dosage
Apply a thick layer of Nestosyl cream to the damaged skin. Then, if necessary, cover the area with gauze or a plaster. This treatment is repeated once or twice a day. For local short-term itching or insect bites, apply a thin layer of cream several times a day. Apply a thick layer to damaged skin 2-3 times a day.

Do not use if allergic to any of the substances in this medicine or if allergic to peanuts or soy. Not suitable for application on mucous membranes or long-term use on large skin areas. Consult a GP in case of: hypersensitivity to a bite/sting (shortness of breath, fainting), stings in the mouth/tongue/throat, swollen eyelids/lips, itching all over the body, or if there is no improvement in symptoms.
