Ingredients: Elderflower, nettle leaf, chicory herb, couch grass root, juniper berries, sarsaparilla root, greater plantain, aniseed, fumitory.

Usage: Add 2 tablespoons of herbs to half a litre of boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes as a tea. Drink one cup three times a day, hot or cold. May be sweetened.
