Ingredients
Urtica dioica (32%): stinging nettle, Folia Betulae: birch leaf, Semen lini: flaxseed, Rad. Liquiritiae nat: liquorice, Folia Menthae Piperitae: peppermint, Herba Equiseti arv: (5%) horsetail, Folia Uvae Ursi: bearberry.

Usage
Place the bag in a cup and pour over boiling water, allowing it to steep for 5-10 minutes.
