Usage & Dosage
For steaming - dissolve 1 teaspoon in hot, not boiling, water several times a day. Inhale the released vapours for 10 to 15 minutes. For rubbing: rub onto the chest, back, and neck several times a day, including before going to sleep, and cover warmly.
