Use & Dosage
Adults and children from 11 years: 1-2 tablets (5-10 mg) per day before bedtime. Children 2 to 10 years: 1 tablet (5 mg) per day before bedtime. Take the tablet with a glass of water, tea or fruit juice. Do not chew; preferably take in the evening before bedtime. Start with the lowest dosage. Do not use for longer than 3 days.
