Using the Opti-Dose dropper, take 1 ml per day (1 pipette = 1 ml). Add the drops to approximately 200 ml of water, fruit juice, or food. Take with a meal. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
