Directions for use
Briefly rinse the buckwheat and bring one part buckwheat to two parts water to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on, then leave to rest for a further 5 minutes. Drain carefully and serve warm with a knob of butter, or as a side dish with vegetables.
