Usage & Dosage

Take 2 capsules once daily with water during a meal; do not take on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Contains caffeine (< 2 mg/2 caps). Not suitable for children under 18 years, pregnant women, or during breastfeeding. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
