Usage
Rinse the quinoa and boil 1 part quinoa in 2 parts water. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. Add salt to taste. Quinoa can be eaten hot or cold, just like rice. Recommended serving: 60 grams of quinoa per person.
