Use & Dosage

Remove the paper strip from the adhesive strip on the underside of the sanitary towel. Place the sanitary towel in the centre of your underwear and press firmly. Replace the sanitary towel regularly, preferably before going to sleep and immediately after waking up, to ensure optimal hygiene and protection. Dispose of the used sanitary towel in a waste bin and do not flush it down the toilet.
