How it works
These drops use a combination of active ingredients such as sodium docusate and glycerol to break down the structure of accumulated earwax. By applying the liquid directly into the ear canal, the earwax is hydrated and loosened, which contributes to a natural cleaning of the ear without mechanical aids.

Sodium docusate, Glycerol, Ethanol, Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, Sodium hydroxide, Purified water.
Use & Dosage
Hold the bottle in a vertical position and carefully unscrew the cap (= top cap). Point the nozzle vertically at the ear and drip 10 to 15 drops into the ear canal. Drip the ear drops directly into the ear. Press the bottle briefly and gently to insert the drops. Then close the ear with a cotton ball so that Otalgan Earwax can act on the earwax. After 5 to 10 minutes, rinse the ear canal with water at body temperature. In case of stubborn earwax, repeat the treatment several times.
