Water, preservative (glycerol), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), natural flavourings, emulsifier (polysorbate 80).
Before first use, shake the spray well and press the pump firmly several times until a fine mist is created. Spray the recommended dosage directly onto the inside of the cheek. Keep the liquid in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing.
