For adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 tablet per day. Take the tablet with sufficient water, preferably during a meal.
This food supplement is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Ginkgo Biloba can affect blood clotting. Consult your doctor if using in combination with anticoagulants.
