Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), stabiliser (capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), vitamin C, collagen, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)

Usage
Take 1 capsule per day away from meals (preferably half an hour before breakfast or another meal).
