Organic elderflower, organic raspberry leaves and other organic herbs (exact full herbal composition in accordance with the original recipe from Sonnentor).
Use one to two teaspoons of loose herbal tea per cup. Pour freshly boiled water (100°C) over the herbs and let the tea steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired strength. Then strain the herbs from the tea.
