Usage & Dosage

Take 1 to 2 measuring scoops per day. Preferably use for 25 consecutive days, followed by a 5-day break. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

Contains 23 mg of caffeine per measuring scoop. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
