Usage & Dosage
Take 1 scoop of powder with a glass of 250 ml of water or fruit drink per day. You supplement creatine daily, both on rest days and on training days. The most important thing is to take your dose every day. On training days, we recommend using Elite Creatine before your training (approx. 30-60 minutes). This is due to the presence of D-Ribose, a sugar (carbohydrate) that is quickly absorbed and provides immediate energy. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is discouraged due to a lack of sufficient research. Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
