For use on the skin: always mix a few drops of the essential oil with a fatty plant oil (such as jojoba or almond oil) before applying to the skin. For evaporation: add 2 to 5 drops to the water of an ultrasonic diffuser or aroma burner to create a soothing atmosphere in the room.
