Use & Dosage

Wear the high-waisted briefs during your period days with light to normal flow. After use, rinse cold under the tap until the water runs clear. Then wash in the washing machine on a cold cycle (maximum 30 degrees) without fabric softener. Air dry; not suitable for tumble drying.
