Take 1 tablet per day with a meal with water. Adhere to the recommended dosage. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (legally required statement for products with more than 20 µg of vitamin D per daily dose). Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Note: The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use of coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medicines are also called vitamin K antagonists and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements.
