Use & Dosage

For a full bath: Dissolve 0.5 to 1 kg of magnesium flakes in warm water of approximately 37 degrees Celsius. Relax in the bath for 20 to 30 minutes. For a foot bath: Dissolve 100 to 200 grams of flakes in 4 litres of warm water and let your feet rest in it for 20 minutes.
