Elastic woven cotton provided with a hypoallergenic, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
Apply the tape to clean, dry skin, preferably one hour before physical exertion or exposure to water. Do not stretch the tape too far at the ends during application to prevent it from peeling off. After application, rub the tape to activate the adhesive.
