Usage
Use the 3-Seaweed Mix soaked or roasted in salads, or cooked in soups, egg dishes, croquettes, sauces, stews, and pies. It is also suitable as a garnish over fish and seafood, or added to rice and pasta dishes.
Soak in sufficient water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and allow the mix to soak for another 5 minutes. The 3-Seaweed Mix increases six times in weight.
Recommended amount: up to 5g per day.
