Use & Dosage
Can be cooled in the freezer or refrigerator. Can be heated in warm water or in the microwave. Knead the compress to distribute the heat evenly. Always place the gel compress in the included cover or in a clean towel when applying to the skin. Apply the compress to the painful or inflamed area and leave it on as long as it feels comfortable. Reheat the gel pack as soon as it has cooled to room temperature.
