Are you dreading colouring your hair because you are afraid of damage, a burning sensation or that typical, strong chemical odour? Chemical stress can weaken your hair structure and unbalance the scalp. Herbatint 5D Light Golden Chestnut offers a mild, responsible solution. This permanent hair colouring gel based on organic herbal extracts respects the natural structure of your hair and scalp, allowing you to enjoy a vibrant, shiny colour full of depth and perfect grey coverage.
Herbatint 5D Light Golden Chestnut distinguishes itself through a unique synergy of mild ingredients and organic extracts such as aloe vera, witch hazel and birch. Instead of aggressively opening the hair structure with ammonia, this formula uses a minimal amount of hydrogen peroxide to gently introduce the colour pigments into the hair. As a result, the natural shine is preserved and your hair feels soft and cared for after colouring. It is a responsible choice that fits perfectly within a conscious, healthy lifestyle and daily routine.

Preparation: Brush, plastic or glass bowl, protective cape or an old towel, measuring cup. It is recommended not to wash your hair 24 hours before colouring; your natural oil will protect your scalp. It is important that your hair is free of styling products (leave-in hair care or conditioners). 1. Preparing the permanent hair colour: Wear the gloves and protect your clothes with a cape or a towel. Mix in a bowl the same amount for both colour (bottle 1) and developer (bottle 2). The amount of product depends on the length, thickness or porosity of your hair, but the most important thing is to respect the 1:1 mixing ratio between colour and developer. You can use the caps to measure colour and developer in equal amounts. Recommended amounts: Roots up to 2 cm = 30 ml colour + 30 ml developer; Short hair = 40 ml colour + 40 ml developer; Long hair = 60 ml colour + 60 ml developer. Close the bottles carefully after use to save the unused product for next time. 2. Application: Divide your hair into 4 equal parts (vertically from forehead to neck and horizontally from ear to ear). Apply the hair colour with a brush, starting at the roots. 3. Leave on for 40 minutes. Do not extend or shorten the processing time. Extra tip: if you are touching up the roots, apply the hair colour gel only to the regrowth and keep a small amount back. After 30 minutes of processing time, apply the mixture to the rest of the hair down to the ends and leave it on for another 10 minutes. 4. Washing out and conditioner: Rinse the product out thoroughly. Now use your usual shampoo or the Color Safe shampoo to wash your hair. Rinse your hair thoroughly until the rinse water is completely clear. Apply the Royal Conditioner, leave on for 1 minute, rinse it out and style your hair.
Hair colourants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow the instructions carefully. Perform a sensitivity test 48 hours before use according to the instructions. This product is not intended for use on persons under 16 years of age. Temporary 'black henna' tattoos may increase the risk of allergy. Do not colour your hair if: you have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp, you have ever had a reaction after colouring your hair, you have had a reaction to a temporary 'black henna' tattoo in the past. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if the product comes into contact with the eyes. Wear suitable gloves. Keep out of reach of children. Contains phenylenediamine and hydrogen peroxide. The mixing ratio is 1:1. Sensitivity test: how to proceed: Allergy tests must be performed 48 hours before each use of the product, even if a hair colouring product has been used before. Take a plaster and a cotton swab. Moisten the plaster with a few drops of colour and a few drops of developer. You can use both ends of the cotton swab to collect the two liquids. Do not use metal objects. Close the bottle with colour and developer carefully again. Apply the plaster with the small amount of liquid to the inside of the forearm or behind the ear and leave it on for 45 minutes. Then wash the test area with water and pat it dry with a clean tissue. If you notice itching, redness or swelling on and around the test area during the next 48 hours, rinse the skin again and do not use the hair colour. Consult a doctor if necessary. This test is an important and reliable precaution if you follow the instructions carefully. However, it does not guarantee that no allergic reactions will occur in the future. Storage advice: Store in a dark place at room temperature, keep out of reach of children.
