Usage
Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take with a meal.

This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.

Contains vitamin A: do not take if you are pregnant / likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding.

Contains vitamin K: Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a vitamin K supplement if you are simultaneously using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).

Contains iron which can be harmful to very young children if used excessively.
