Vitamin C: calcium ascorbate and magnesium ascorbate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, citrus bioflavonoids, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, hesperidin, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, bulking agent: silicon dioxide, glazing agents: hydroxypropyl cellulose and hypromellose, humectant: polysorbate, glazing agents: beeswax and carnauba wax.
Usage
1 to 2 tablets daily, taken with a meal. It is recommended to spread the daily dose throughout the day for optimal absorption by the body. Take tablets with water.
