Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule twice daily during or after a meal with water. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age. Contains caffeine via the guarana extract, 20 mg per daily dose, this corresponds to slightly less than a third of a cup of espresso) and ginseng.
