Essential Organics Activity contains vitamin B12 in the biologically active forms methyl cobalamin and adenosyl cobalamin.

This product contains no cyanocobalamin, yeast, added sugar, synthetic colours or flavours and glazing agents.

Ingredients
Vitamins, minerals, guarana extract, panax ginseng extract, brown rice extract (excipient, anti-caking agent), vegetable and fruit extracts (blueberry, broccoli, rosehip, papaya leaf, pumpkin seed). Vegetable capsule: pullulan (cassava plant)

Usage
Take 1 capsule twice daily during or after a meal with water.
This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years.

Contains caffeine via the guarana extract, 20 mg per daily dose, this corresponds to slightly less than a third of a cup of espresso) and ginseng.

Storage instructions
At room temperature, in a dry place and out of direct sunlight.
