Ingredients

Active ingredient: ibuprofen. Excipients: macrogol 600, potassium hydroxide, partially dehydrated liquid sorbitol (E 420), gelatin, quinoline yellow (E104), patent blue (E131), purified water, white ink [titanium dioxide (E171) propylene glycol, polyvinyl acetate phthalate and macrogol 400], phosal (lecithin, triglycerides (medium chains), glycerol stearate, oleic acid and ascorbyl palmitate.

Use & Dosage

The recommended dosage for adults, elderly people, children and adolescents between 12 and 18 years: if necessary, take 1 to 2 capsules 1 to 3 times a day. The recommended period between 2 doses is approximately 6 to 8 hours. The period between two doses must not be shorter than 4 hours. Do not use more than 6 capsules (1200 mg) per 24 hours. Maintain 6-8 hours between intakes, take with water, do not chew. For 12-18 years, do not use for longer than 3 days. Older than 18 years, do not use for longer than 7 days. Read the leaflet before use. Pay attention to the maximum daily dosage.

Do not use if: you have a stomach ulcer or bleeding or have had a stomach ulcer or bleeding twice or more separately. You have had a stomach bleed or perforation in the past as a result of treatment with this medicine or another NSAID. You suffer from another bleeding or blood disorder. You are allergic to any of the substances in this medicine. You are allergic to aspirin/acetylsalicylic acid or other related painkillers. You suffer from severe liver, kidney or heart failure. You are in the last three months of your pregnancy. If you have chickenpox (varicella), it is recommended to avoid the use of ibuprofen. This medicine can cause stomach problems, especially with long-term use. You cannot use this medicine together with certain blood thinners. This medicine carries a risk of headache with long-term use against headache. Consult a doctor before use in the elderly, people with heart or vascular disease, asthma, psoriasis, stomach or intestinal disorders or an increased risk thereof. Stop use immediately in case of skin rash or sores in the mouth and contact a doctor. Use during pregnancy: Must NOT be used, unless on strict advice of a doctor. During breastfeeding: Possible, see leaflet. Intolerance to certain sugars and nuts or soy allergy. May affect fertility. For 12-18 years, do not use for longer than 3 days. Consult GP if: people who need painkillers for headaches for more than 15 days per month; people who use an NSAID and experience stomach problems, get dark black stools or a bruise that is larger than expected; joint pain or back pain if the pain does not go away within 1-2 weeks with or without a painkiller; headache if the pain does not decrease within a day with a painkiller or returns; toothache (refer to the dentist); fever and pain with flu and cold if the fever has not gone away after 5 days; menstrual pain if the customer suffers from this a lot every month or if the menstrual pain started at a later age; muscle pain if the pain does not improve within 2 days with or without a painkiller.
