Raise your arm so that the armpit is clearly visible. Ensure the skin is clean and dry. Hold the spray at a distance of approximately 15 cm and spray for 2 to 3 seconds, until the entire area is covered. Repeat this for the other armpit. Allow the spray to dry completely before putting on your clothes.
