How it works

Ainsworths Beech Bach is based on the traditional flower therapy developed by Dr. Edward Bach. This method uses the energetic imprint of the Beech blossom, which has been transferred to a liquid medium of water and alcohol through a careful process. This product contains no physical or chemical components of the plant itself, but works exclusively on the basis of this subtle energetic transfer to support your emotional balance in a mild and responsible manner.

Water, alcohol 40% vol, energetic imprint of Bach flower*. *Energetic imprint, no physical components.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.

2 drops of each remedy in a glass of water and drink this throughout the day as needed.
