Ainsworths Chicory Bach has been developed based on the traditional principles of Dr. Edward Bach. The liquid contains an energetic imprint of the Chicory flower, transferred onto a base of pure water and alcohol. There are no physical or chemical plant parts present in the remedy; the effect is entirely based on the energetic properties of the flower. Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.
