Ainsworths Crab apple Bach is the classic flower remedy for purification and acceptance. In Bach flower philosophy, Crab Apple helps to soften obsessive thoughts about cleanliness or imperfections. The remedy contains no physical extracts of the plant, but a refined energetic imprint. This imprint works subtly with your system to help you accept yourself as you are, allowing you to look at yourself with more peace and perspective again.

Water, alcohol 40% vol, energetic imprint of Bach flower*. *Energetic imprint, no physical ingredients.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.

2 drops of each remedy in a glass of water and drink this throughout the day as needed.

You can carry the bottle with you throughout the day.
For the night, you can also place the bottle under your pillow or on the bedside table.
