How it works

Ainsworths Gentian Bach is a traditional flower remedy based on the holistic principles of Dr. Edward Bach. This remedy is specifically aimed at supporting the mood when you are easily discouraged by obstacles. The energetic imprint of the Gentian flower works in a subtle way with your personal energy to stimulate a positive and persistent attitude. This product contains no physical or chemical components of the plant, but only the energetic vibration, preserved in a traditional water-alcohol solution.

Water, alcohol 40% vol, energetic imprint of Bach flower*. *Energetic imprint, no physical components.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.

2 drops of each remedy in a glass of water and drink this throughout the day as needed.

You can carry the bottle with you throughout the day.
For the night, you can also place the bottle under your pillow or on the bedside table.
