How it works

Ainsworths Heather Bach is developed according to the traditional method of Edward Bach. The product contains the energetic imprint of the heather shrub (Heather), which has been transferred to a base of water and alcohol. This method is based on the principle of energetic harmonisation, where the essence helps to support subtle emotional patterns and strengthen your inner strength, which contributes to a balanced lifestyle.

Water, alcohol 40% vol, energetic imprint of Bach flower*. *Energetic imprint, no physical ingredients.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, fungi will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.
