Usage
Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:
- Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking them with meals is a helpful reminder.
- The drops can also be mixed into a snack or a drink (animals, toddlers, the sick).
- To preserve, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle.
- If the pipette touches your tongue, fungi may enter the bottle. Please avoid this.
- Alternatively, add 2 drops of each remedy to a glass of water and drink this throughout the day for as long as necessary.
- You can carry the bottle with you during the day.
- For the night, you can also place the bottle under your pillow or on the bedside table.
