Ainsworths Mustard Bach is based on the traditional homeopathic philosophy of Bach flower therapy. The product contains an energetic imprint of the Mustard flower, transferred onto a traditional base of water and alcohol. This method is aimed at supporting the delicate balance in your state of mind in a subtle, non-invasive way. There are no physical, active plant ingredients present in the liquid, making it an extremely mild approach that can be excellently combined with other supplements in your daily routine.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.

2 drops of each remedy in a glass of water and drink this throughout the day as long as necessary.

You can carry the bottle with you throughout the day.
For the night, you can also place the bottle under your pillow or on the bedside table.
