How it works

Ainsworths Star of Bethlehem Bach uses the traditional preparation method of Dr. Bach. The remedy contains an energetic imprint of the Star of Bethlehem blossom in a base of water and alcohol. Because there are no physical plant components present, the liquid works in an extremely subtle, energetic way. It helps to soften the mood and supports the natural ability to return to balance.

Water, alcohol 40% vol, energetic imprint of Bach flower*. *Energetic imprint, no physical ingredients.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.

2 drops of each remedy in a glass of water and drink this throughout the day as long as necessary.
