Ainsworths Sweet chestnut Bach is based on the traditional method of Dr. Edward Bach. This remedy contains an energetic imprint of the Sweet Chestnut blossom, transferred into a mixture of water and alcohol. Because it concerns an energetic imprint, the product contains no physical plant components. It focuses on restoring inner harmony by offering subtle support to the state of mind.

Water, alcohol 40% vol, energetic imprint of Bach flower*. *Energetic imprint, no physical components.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.
